Who we are
The Ultimate Pop-Up Shop is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that produces a curated marketplace event in Downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. These terms cover your use of theultimatepopupshop.org, your free event RSVP, and our messaging programs.
Your RSVP
- RSVPs are free. An RSVP reserves your place on the guest list and gives you a personal ticket code for entry and check-in.
- Your ticket is personal to you. Share your invite link with friends, but keep your ticket QR code to yourself.
- Event details, including the exact location, are announced to the guest list ahead of the event. Dates, times, and programming may change; we will tell you if they do.
- The event takes place in public outdoor space. Reasonable rules of conduct apply, and we may decline entry or ask anyone to leave to keep the event safe and welcoming.
Text message program
When you RSVP and check the text opt-in box, you agree to receive recurring event text messages from The Ultimate Pop-Up Shop at the number you provide. These include your RSVP confirmation, event updates, the location announcement, and day-of logistics.
- Message frequency varies; expect roughly 3 to 5 messages around the event.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. Stopping texts does not affect your RSVP.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@theultimatepopupshop.org.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email program
With your opt-in, we send event updates by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your RSVP.
Your information
How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never sell your personal information, and demographic answers are only ever used in combined totals.
Vendors and partners
Vendor registrations, fees, and event-day requirements are governed by the vendor agreements presented during registration. Sponsorship and partnership arrangements are governed by their own written agreements.
The usual legal points
- The site and event are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Ultimate Pop-Up Shop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or attendance at the event.
- Site content, branding, and photography belong to The Ultimate Pop-Up Shop or their owners and may not be reused without permission.
- By attending, you understand that photos and video are taken at the event and may appear in our recaps and materials.
- These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision.
